At Tropel Kids Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds for products purchased from our website, (the "Website").

1. Returns

1.1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1.1. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

1.1.2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

1.1.3. Items not eligible for return include:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made items

1.2. Return Process

1.2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and the reason for the return.

1.2.2. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

1.2.3. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

1.2.4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refunds

2.1.1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.1.2. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7 days.

2.2. Late or Missing Refunds

2.2.1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

2.2.2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

2.2.3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchanges

3.1. Eligibility for Exchanges

3.1.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at

3.2. Exchange Process

3.2.1. Once we receive and inspect the defective or damaged item, we will send out the replacement item to you at no additional cost.

4. Gifts

4.1. Gift Returns

4.1.1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

4.1.2. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
