Q: Where are your clothes made?

A: All our clothes are designed and manufactured in the UK. We take great pride in supporting local industry and maintaining high-quality production standards.

Q: What materials do you use?

A: We use 100% cotton for all our clothing (except for the Petal Dress, which is Stretch Natural Yarn Viscose With Lycra manufactured in the UK). All our fabric is manufactured to high standards in the United Kingdom. This ensures that our garments are soft, breathable, and perfect for children's sensitive skin.

Shopping & Orders

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Simply browse our collection, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make any changes.

A: We ship worldwide! 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary, but we strive to deliver within 7-14 business days.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping costs vary based on your location and the size of your order. You can view shipping rates at checkout before finalising your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

Q: How do I exchange an item?

A: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the exchange process.

Q: Do you cover return shipping costs?

A: We currently do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Care Instructions

Q: How should I care for my child's clothing?

A: Since our garments are made from 100% cotton we advice they be machine washed at 30° to maintain the bright colours. Do not tumble dry (it’s better for the garment and the planet) just re-shape and hang to dry.
